Get schooled on some tasty whiskey and bourbon selections during this installment of our Study Hall series. This evening we’ll explore a few expressions from WhistlePig Whiskey.

Guests will receive a crash course on whiskey & bourbon as well as learning WhistlePig’s story and history. Delve into the craftsmanship behind each and every expression from this Vermont based brand, all while savoring up to 5 distinct WhistlePig selections. The flight will be complimented by a WhistlePig Piggyback Straight Rye 6yr hand-crafted welcome cocktail.

This Study Hall will be lead by Alla Spina’s JP Mills; Doug Seng, Area Manager (Western PA) Paramount Division for Southern Wine & Spirits; and Ryan Rotell from Southern Wine & Spirits.

  • Ticket/Reservation fee includes welcome cocktail and 3-pour WhistlePig Featured Flight.

  • Featured Flight - Piggyback Bourbon 6yr, PiggyBack Straight Rye Whiskey 6yr, Small Batch Rye 10yr

CANCELLATION POLICY

Get schooled on some tasty bourbons during our second installment of our Study Hall series. This evening we’ll explore a few expressions from Jefferson’s Bourbon.

Guests will receive a crash course on whiskey & bourbon as well as learning Jefferson’s story since coming onto the scene in the late 1990s. Delve into the history and craftsmanship behind each and every expression from Jefferson’s, all while savoring up to 5 distinct Jefferson’s whiskey selections. The flight will be complimented by a Jefferson’s welcome cocktail.

This Study Hall will be lead by Alla Spina’s JP Mills and Robert Pelles, Sales Manager - West & Central PA and WV for Southern Wine & Spirits.

We are thrilled to announce the first installment of our Study Hall series. To kick things off we are celebrating the rich heritage of Irish whiskey in honor of St Patrick’s Day!

From pot still to triple distillation, guests will explore the diverse techniques that make Irish whiskey. Delve into the history and craftsmanship behind each and every Bushmills Irish Whiskey expression, all while savoring up to 4 distinct Bushmills Irish whisky selections. The flight will be complimented by a Bushmills welcome cocktail.
