PSU Football Table Reservations

Make plans to watch PSU take on Ohio State University Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 7pm with us at HiWay Pizza Pub. Put on your jersey and come join our game day atmosphere and root on the blue and white. Three different locations offers three different atmospheres to choose from. WEST & NORTH LOCATIONS

Due to COVID restrictions this year, we have decided to offer a table reservation system for all PSU football game day viewing events. By implementing a reservation system, we are better able to manage in person customer traffic flow. A table management system enables everyone to plan ahead accordingly.

Table reservations are for 7pm on 10/31/2020. Prompt arrival at this time will allow our staff to seat tables one at a time while socially distancing your group from others during the process. The game is currently scheduled, as of the writing of this post, for 7:30pm.

A table reservation fee will be charged to you upon your checkout via the link below. This fee will automatically be applied to a HiWay Pizza Pub Gift Card that will be issued to you upon your arrival and seating at your table on game day.

Once our tables are sold out, we will implement a virtual waiting list and will notify customers via text message in the event a table becomes available. Through the use of this system we are better able to enforce COVID regulations. Due to occupancy restrictions, we will not allow customers to wait physically inside or outside (in a physical line) at any of our locations. (Waiting safely in your vehicle is suggested.) By utilizing our text notification system for those without reservations, customers are able to safely wait and plan accordingly ahead of time.

For those not ready for indoor public dining, we suggest reserving an outside table at our HiWay WEST location. WEST’s outdoor patio boasts two outdoor 65” screens under a large outdoor patio awning.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION

Our DOWNTOWN location will operate slightly different. We will utilize the LineLeap app through the sale of “spot saver” reservations. Seating will be available at both HiWay Pizza DOWNTOWN & The Saloon (our basement bar below street level). Drink and Food menus, as well as drink specials, will the be same at both locations.

To purchase a spot saver ticket you must download the Line Leap app on your mobile phone. If you are a current Line Leap user, simply scroll to HIWay Pizza DOWNTOWN or The Saloon to purchase the PSU v OUS ticket. You can find the iOS and Android downloads at the link below.

TABLE RESERVATION POLICIES AND NOTES

The following policies and procedures will be in place for all table reservations and operations at our locations for the the safety and convenience of you and our staff. Please remember to be patient, understanding, and kind to one another and our staff. We are all doing the best we can to safely do our jobs and bring hospitality to you during these difficult times. Thank you!

  • COVID-19 PA state and local restrictions will be followed and enforced. Face masks will be required at all times (except when seated at table).

  • The purchase of a meal will also be required along with any alcohol sales to patrons 21+ years of age as per state and local COVID regulations. Alcoholic sales and service are for those 21+ years of age only. WE ID, bring proper identification please. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service according to all federal, state and local regulations/restrictions.

  • Make sure you choose the correct TABLE SIZE and HiWay Pizza Pub LOCATION before checkout at our online store.

  • Table size MUST BE representative of your party size. Please do not attempt to reserve a 8 person table for 4 people. We reserve the right to refuse your party if it is more than one person less than the number of seats at the table. Please understand that due to COVID social distancing and fire code occupancy restrictions we have a limited number of tables available to seat everyone at and are working hard to accommodate everyone safely. Should you have less people in your party, please notify us immediately and we will move your reservation to a smaller table should one still be available.

  • The table fee for your reservation will be applied to a HiWay Pizza Pub Gift Card that will be issued to you upon your arrival and seating at your table.

  • YOU AND YOUR PARTY MUST ARRIVE AND CLAIM YOUR RESERVATION BETWEEN 3PM AND 3:20PM. If you are running late, be sure to contact the correct location and let us know. Any open or unclaimed tables will be seated according to our stand by waiting list.

  • Failure to arrive by 3:30pm may result in forfeiture of table. Remaining tables will be filed from a standby list on a first come, first served basis the day of the event.

  • Table assignments are organized ahead of time with location preference given to early orders.

  • TV screens and sound will be visible and heard from all seating assignments.

  • Please print or have e-mail confirmation with you on your mobile phone when arriving at location.

  • All table reservations are final, no refunds. Your table reservation purchase will be applied to a HiWay Pizza Pub gift card. Should you not be able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible and we will issue your eGift card to you at that time.

  • Should the game be postponed, your reservation will automatically transfer and be applied to the rescheduled game day/time.

  • Should the televised game kick-off time change, your table reservation will move to 30 minutes prior to the rescheduled kick-off time.
