Pumpkin Ravioli Are Back!!!

We are excited to announce that our first batch of Pumpkin Ravioli have arrived at our locations today fresh from our HiWay Pizza Bakehouse.

Each order consists of five large, pumpkin-filled ravioli that are pan-finished in a walnut pesto sauce. Each and every ravioli is made 100% in-house, fresh from scratch... 'cuz Andy said so!

Pumpkin Ravioli will be available for the next few weeks at our HiWay WEST and HiWay NORTH locations only. They will be available for socially distanced dine-in, curbside carryout, or contact-free delivery through our HiWay NOW online ordering platform.

Fresh Harvested Pennsylvania Sugar Pumpkins

We start at our very own HiWay Pizza Bakehouse by roasting fresh locally-harvested Pennsylvania sugar pumpkins. After they are prepped and roasted in our French rotary oven, they move over to our commissary room.

Scratch Made Fresh Pasta Dough and Pumpkin Filling

The pumpkins are cooled and then used to make a filling that combines fall spice and other things nice.  A batch of fresh pasta dough is mixed and used to create hand-made ravioli that are portioned into individual serving bags and sent to our HiWay Pizza Pub locations.

Pan Finished To Order

Your ravioli are made fresh daily, cooked to order in our specialty pasta cooker, and then pan-finished in a walnut pesto sauce.
