We’re going all out to celebrate America’s oldest and greatest race. Join us Friday (5/1) and Saturday (5/2) for the 152nd Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby, “the most exciting two minutes in sports!”
We’ll bring the Churchill Downs vibes to Happy Valley for our two day experience. Celebrating all the pageantry and excitement of horse racing here at Alla Spina, our lounge will drip with Churchill Downs decor. Our cocktail bar and kitchen will serve up drink and food menus chock full of authentically scratch-made derby day classics.
Live television coverage (with audio during races) will be visible on screens throughout our lounge. Live Vinyl DJs will be spinning a curated playlist keeping the party vibes right!
Don’t forget to dress to impress!!! Derby day fashionable attire is strongly encouraged. A modern blend of timeless elegance and expressive flair with pastel tones, jewel accents, and bold silhouettes will be on display by all who attend, so don’t be the odd ball out!

The Longines Kentucky Oaks, now celebrating its 152nd running, is America’s premier race for 3-year-old fillies. Held each year the day before the Kentucky Derby, the Oaks offers a $1.5 million purse and awards the winner the iconic 'Lilies for the Fillies' garland. As one of the longest-running sporting events in U.S. history, the Oaks is steeped in tradition and meaning. Sorry bambini - Alla Spina is a 21+ years of age venue. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted entry. All guests planning to consume alcohol must present a valid government-issued ID to verify they are 21 or older.
Check-in is located at the entrance to Alla Spina at HiWay. The rear (down below) entrance is located down below on the backside of HiWay via Coral Street entrance.

PARKING DETAILS
Parking is available in a combination of THREE private lots. Lot #1 located in front of HiWay; Lot #2 located behind HiWay; and Lot #3 located next door to HiWay in the West College Centre parking lot (1315 West College Avenue). Please do not park on the grass, or along the sides of Coral Street behind HiWay.

Experience RESERVATION POLICY: We ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid a $10 per person fee.
Experience TICKETING POLICY: Event ticket purchases will only be refunded if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to reservation date/time.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, or otherwise. In the event of an experience cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future experience.
