For our fifth edition of Tappd. we are thrilled welcome back Trillium with these two selections:
Congress Street - Draft
(American IPA / 7.2% ABV) Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.
Boat Under Train Under Car Under Plane - Draft
(American Pale / 5.5% ABV) In celebration of Boston’s iconic Regatta weekend, we grabbed some oars and hit the Charles with our friends at Hydrow to create a hydrating pale ale for apres race refreshment! Looking at the same recipe for PoCoToB, but from riverview, boat under train under car under plane provides a fluidly smooth experience similar to a ride on Hydrow's innovative rowing machines. Beyond a shared love for craft beer & rowing culture, this partnership is founded on building community.

Pouring a shimmering hazy gold, the nose is greeted with poignant aromas of creamy mango purée, candied orange, tropical papaya, and under ripe pineapple. BuTuCuP’s delicate mouthfeel accentuates dynamic flavors of juicy apricot, sticky cantaloupe, and pulpy grapefruit with a touch of guava.
Get Happy Hour will be from 4:00p-6:00p with discounts on select beer, wine and spirts. (Trillium selections will not be included in happy hour discounts) Come early, stay late!

Tappd, the new event series at HiWay Pizza Pub is a simple and fun pay-as-you-go series where we’ll “tap” one or more kegs that are new, special, famed, and/or exclusive and celebrate them with a tap time and special release celebration.
