For our sixth edition of Tappd. we are thrilled to pour, for the first time, selections by the mighty Drekker Brewing Company from Fargo, North Dakota. These misfits brew some damn tasty brews and some of the best damn sours out there today. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to taste these killer brews.
Night Machine - Draft
(American Double IPA / 8.1% ABV) Mosaic, Vic Secret, Amarillo & Citra. To welcome our new reality of digital social connectivity we’ve created a beer to aid your virtual escape. Get in ya weirdo, we’re going vannin’ on a digitally simulated grid. Night Machine takes you on a smooth ride with its soft, creamy, & thumping baseline of oats, spelt and chit malts. Aromas of pine & melon create a deep trance before it blasts you like a laser beam with flavors of orange and berry creamsicle straight to your mainframe processor. Hopped with Mosaic, Vic Secret, Amarillo, & Citra it drops the perfect playlist for cruising through the interwebs in this newly cybernated reality.
Pizza Toots - Draft
(American Hazy IPA / 7.0% ABV) New England Style IPA brewed with CTZ, Rakau & Ekuanot hops. Pillowy soft body with citrus, melon, & tropical fruit flavors.
CHUNK POG Sundae - Can
(American Sour / 5.9% ABV) Our lovable hefty boi is back and this time he’s dripping with all kinds of tasty fruit goodness like passionfruit, orange, guava and vanilla ice cream!
CHUNK Funky Monkey - Can
(American Sour / 6.3% ABV) This time our lovable hefty boi is back with a completely ludicrous take on a frozen Monkey Tail dessert. This absolute unit is stuffed with banana, cacao nibs, peanut butter, black currant, plum, pomegranate, lactose, & vanilla beans for a decadent and delicious headfirst dive into the realm of absurdity!
Blue Razz Braaaaaaaains - Can
(American Pastry Sour / 5.9% ABV) This double fruit smoothie sour is loaded up with blueberry, more blueberry, raspberry, and more raspberry, then we hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt, lactose, and vanilla beans. We don’t exactly know if it’ll turn your tongue blue, but we’re way looking forward to doing a little more research because this stuff is suuuuuper delicious!
Garbage People - Can
(American Hazy Double IPA / 8.5% ABV) Don’t know about you guys, but we were always a little more Garbage Pail Kids than Cabbage Patch Kids. We grew up (technically, but not really) and we aren’t kids anymore so we’re just Garbage People. This new Double IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra, and Vic Secret with some serious dank, orange zest, bubble gum, & apricot flavor and aroma. So crack one of these and decide which Garbage Pail Kid you feel like? Oozy Suzy? Maybe a little more like Jay Decay? Let us know, we’ve got a feeling you’re Garbage People too. - Brewery Description
Trills That Kill - Can
(American IPA / 6.0% ABV) Thrills That Kill is a crazy soft, hazy IPA collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, brewed with the hop trio of Nectaron Cryo, Alora, and HBC 586 and leaves notes of mango, guava, lime, yuzu and a little hoppy punch on your taste buds. Dangerously delicious!
Lurk and Destroy - Can
(American IPA / 6.6% ABV) Look out! We’ve got a new IPA creepin’ in the shadows that’s ready to annihilate all of your expectations! Lurk and Destroy is powered by Galaxy, Sultana, and Simcoe Cryo hops, giving layers of peach, candied orange, and citrus zest flavors, all wrapped in a dank blanket of spruce and pine. Taste buds, BEWARE (in a good way).
Get Happy Hour will be from 4:00p-6:00p with discounts on select beer, wine and spirts. (Drekker selections will not be included in happy hour discounts) Come early, stay late!
