Session Description
For our third edition of Tappd. we are thrilled welcome back Trillium with these four selections:
DDH Summer Street - Draft
(American IPA / 7.2% ABV) This enhanced version of Summer Street IPA features a secondary dry hopping with Simcoe. Hazy, sunflower gold in appearance, DDH Summer provides strong aromatics of floral pine and ripe pineapple with overtones of citrus peel and fresh picked blueberries. Bold, dynamic flavors of juicy tangerine, diced strawberries, pineapple cubes, and green pear lead the palate with a modest, balancing bite of grapefruit pith and pine needles. Just above medium mouthfeel with a dry finish.
redferrari - Draft
(American Double IPA / 8.0% ABV) Brewed in collaboration with The Veil Brewing Co., this Hazy DIPA features a 50/50 blend of Galaxy & Mosaic hops with notes of dank melon, passion fruit, and blueberry.
Central Artery - Can
(Helles Lager / 5.0% ABV) Pouring a beautifully striking bright gold color with a creamy white head, Central Artery displays a wonderfully vibrant nose balancing malty aromas of freshly baked, flour dusted rolls and lightly toasted barley with a gentle noble hop profile of dried wildflowers. Cleanly fermented, the palate follows the nose closely with pleasantly sweet notes of kneaded biscuit dough and bread crust. Refreshing and quenchable with a light rounded body, fully reserved level of bitterness and soft, drying finish, Central Artery proudly honors this classic Bavarian style.
Melcher Street - Can
(American IPA / 7.2% ABV) This popular edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Mosaic hop. Melcher Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
Get Happy Hour will be from 4:30p-6:30p with discounts on select beer, wine and spirts. (Trillium selections will not be included in happy hour discounts) Come early, stay late!
