Valentine's Day 2024
We’re cooking with some extra love at HiWay over the next few weeks! Our Valentine’s Day seasonal menu is now available through February 14, 2024.
Welcome back our 16” Neapolitan “Heart-Shaped” Pizza that arrives to you in the shape of a heart of course. The pie comes topped with Andy Z’s Pizza Sauce and our HiWay Pizza Cheese, but you can customize and make it your own by adding up to four additional toppings.
Pardon the natural red beet die on our fingers from making our fresh red-colored pasta dough for this year’s Heart-Shaped Ravioli. This year we’re serving them with a tasty pan-finished pesto sauce that compliments our hour Italian cheese blend nicely.
Hand-breaded and pan-fried Veal Parmigiana is a classic from our long time recipe box. Be sure to experience this classic before it goes away for the season.
We always like to innovate and evolve in the kitchen and that tradition continues with our new Beet & Brussels Salad. This unique blend of roasted beets along with beet chips sits on a bed of shaved brussels sprouts mixed in with crazy good chéve cheese crumples. Our candied walnuts and walnut oil vinaigrette round out this late-winter delight quite nicely we must say!
We dig hot honey can have to keep ourselves from trying to put it on everything we make. Here it truly shines in this tasty antipasto offering. Whipped Ricotta is served with a blend of extra virgin olive oil and the right amount of hot honey served with our made-to-order warm flatbread. Yum!
How can you resist (well really you can’t) finishing your meal with a slice of our HiWay Bakehouse scratch-made Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
