Summer Menu Refresh

This spring we’re feeling rejuvenated and looking forward. In just a few months HiWay Pizza turns 60! Can you believe it? In some ways it feels like a million years ago. Yet, in other ways, it feels like we’re just getting started. We continue to find inspiration all around. We’re working hard. We’re imagining what the future holds.

Recently, we’ve spent some time digging though our recipe box. After nearly 60 years there’s several thousand to go though, but it’s been time well spent. We wish we had the time to do it more. Over the next few weeks you’ll find new food and drink menus at all of our locations. Many things remain, some things are taking a well deserved break, some things are coming off the bench, and some things are brand spankin’ new.

You may have noticed a few of these new recipes have recently make their way out of our kitchen. We’re still at work dreaming and creating, there’s more to come. But we couldn’t wait to get the party started. We invite you to try something new during your next visit. We’re having fun, we hope you are too. Buon appetito!

PASTA [pasta] & PIATTI PRINCIPLE [mains]

Burrata & Meatballs - One glorious hand-pulled Burrata cheese ball alongside three house-blend meatballs topped with red sauce and romano cheese.

*Chicken and Shrimp Fra Diavolo - Sautéed seasoned chicken, shrimp and spaghetti tossed in our spicy red sauce with Calabrian chiles.

*Shrimp Scampi - Shrimp sautéed in white wine garlic sauce, tossed with angel hair pasta.

INSALDA [salads]

Grilled Peach & Prosciutto - Spring mix greens, grilled peaches, prosciutto, hand-pulled burrata, balsamic vinaigrette. Served with scratch-made soft pretzel stick.

Burrata Caprese - Spring mix greens, hand-pulled burrata, prosciutto di parma, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette. Served with scratch-made soft pretzel stick.

ANTIPASTO [starters]

Cheesy Garlic Bread - Roasted garlic, mozzarella, provolone, asiago, and romano cheese baked on scratch-made dough.

*Arancini - Breaded and fried balls filled with risotto, spinach and ricotta cheese. Tomato basil sauce side.

*Toasted Ravioli - Fried breaded and cheese-filled ravioli. Marinara sauce side.
